Ms. Farzana Khan is one of the Independent Directors of Bank Asia PLC. She is currently a practicing lawyer at Supreme Court of Bangladesh. She has an illustrious career as a lawyer for 17 years with expertise in company law, corporate and revenue-related cases, commercial law, capital market, securities law, insurance law and constitutional law. She has vast experience in dealing with domestic & international arbitration and mediation. She has appeared in multiple number of cases having national importance. She completed her post-graduation from the University of Derby, UK.
